Timothy G. Hayes
A graduate of Stetson College of Law in 1982 and admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1982. Thirty-eight years of experience in representing the needs of his clients. Mr. Hayes started practicing law in downtown Tampa where he worked for a civil rights attorney and specialized in social security litigation, guardianships and probate. In 1984 Mr. Hayes was hired by a law firm in Lutz Florida to head up their probate department. During this time his law practice expanded into the areas of real estate, zoning and land use as he began representing land owners, developers and residential builders in the area. In 1989 Mr. Hayes formed his own law firm and purchased a commercial building on State Road 54 in Pasco County, Florida where he practiced for thirty years before recently selling his building and re-locating back to Tampa. While in Pasco County, Mr. Hayes was very active in numerous community organizations, including the local chamber of commerce where he served two terms each as president and chairman of the board. Mr. Hayes also served numerous years on the board of directors of the Pasco Economic Development Council, Pasco County Education Foundation, Feeding America Tampa Bay, and The Heritage Park Foundation. In 1990 Mr. Hayes was appointed by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners to serve as the Pasco County business representative on the Tampa Bay Commuter Rail Authority where he served for several years. Mr. Hayes is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He currently serves as District Counsel for the Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District.

Marguerite Johnson, para-legal/legal secretary, whose area of expertise is in probate and probate administration, has been with the law firm since 2018. Ms. Johnson has thirteen years of prior paralegal experience with law firms in Jacksonville, Tampa and Sarasota. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration.
Ms. Johnson replaces, Mrs. Deborah Mayworth, who served as the law firm's para-legal, legal secretary and office manager for thirty years.
